Text Message BioI am a singer/pianist who performs an organic fusion of jazz and pop. I enjoy arranging jazz standards or pop covers, and also write original tunes. I am drawn to music with interesting textures, and to lyrics with depth. I am a fulltime musician/music teacher; I teach voice, piano, and music and movement. (I consider vocal technique to be my specialty.)
Career aside, I'm interested in self-development and wellness. I do yoga, meditate, and eat a mostly "whole foods" vegetarian diet. I enjoy reading, salsa dancing, engaging in conversation/debate, and occasionally making jewelry or playing games with friends.
